All laptops sold by Bethel Computech are refurbished/pre-owned devices that are professionally tested and verified for proper working condition before sale.

Customers must understand that refurbished laptops are not brand-new products. Devices are restored to good working condition with approximately 90% cosmetic quality. Since these are refurbished/pre-owned laptops, they may show minor signs of previous usage such as minor scratches, small dents, keyboard shine/fading, slight body color variations, sticker marks, or other normal usage signs. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the performance or functionality of the device.

Customer Expectations

Customers are requested not to expect brand-new appearance or condition from refurbished laptops. The primary focus of refurbished devices is functionality, performance, and affordability.

2. Warranty Coverage

Warranty (if provided) covers only internal hardware technical issues under normal usage conditions. Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Liquid damage
• Broken screen/body
• Unauthorized repair/service
• Battery performance reduction over time

3. No Refund Policy

Products once sold are non-refundable unless there is a major hardware defect covered under warranty terms.

4. Software & Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up personal data. Bethel Computech is not responsible for any data loss during servicing, upgrades, or software installation.

5. Battery & Accessories

Battery backup may vary depending on laptop model and usage. Since batteries are consumable items, exact backup timing is not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Bethel Computech, the customer confirms that they understand and accept the nature of refurbished products and the terms mentioned above.
