Return Policy
At Bethel Computech, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review the cancellation, return, replacement, and refund terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Payment gateway and processing charges (minimum ₹525) will be deducted from the refund amount.
After Dispatch
If an order is cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges (both ways) and payment gateway charges, if applicable, will be deducted before the refund is processed.
2. Return Pathway
Your return eligibility depends on whether the product is defective under our Final Quality Check (FQC) criteria and the number of days since delivery.

A product is considered “defective” if it fails one or more checks under our FQC criteria.
3. Eligibility for Hassle-Free Return
You are eligible for a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description
- The product has missing parts, accessories, or included items
- The product does not meet FQC standards
4. Conditions for Return
To qualify for return:
- The product must be returned in its original condition with packaging, accessories, tags, and invoice intact
- The item must not be physically damaged while in the customer’s possession
- Any stored personal data must be removed before return
- Customers must ensure proper packaging to avoid transit damage
Bethel Computech will not be responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during return shipment.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Please do not return products without prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
For selected products, a technician inspection may be arranged. The technician’s report and FQC determine eligibility for return or replacement.
Approved replacements are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours after the returned product reaches our warehouse.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products not in original condition
- Products damaged due to improper usage or mishandling
- Customized or personalized products
- Products with missing accessories or tampered serial numbers
7. Refund Process
Refund requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect products are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
After inspection and approval:
- Refunds are initiated within 24–78 hours
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank account
8. Return to Origin (Undelivered Orders)
If an order is returned to us before delivery:
- Refunds are initiated after the product reaches our warehouse
- Courier charges may be deducted unless the issue was caused by delivery failure from our side
- For COD orders, any advance payment may not be refunded if the customer was unavailable during delivery attempts
9. Delivered Orders Returned by Customer
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:
- The product undergoes inspection within 24–72 hours
- Refund approval is processed after successful verification
- Refund is credited within 7 business days
- Additional deductions may apply as per company policies
10. Refund – Defective Product
For defective products verified under FQC:
- No additional return charges apply for verified defective products.
11. Refund – Non-Defective Product
For non-defective products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
12. Quality Criteria (FQC)
All returned products undergo Final Quality Check (FQC), covering multiple categories including:
- Display condition
- Battery health
- Ports and connectivity
- Hinges and body panels
- Storage and software functionality
- Physical appearance and operational performance
For subjective checks, the inspection decision made by Bethel Computech shall be final and binding.
13. Policy Updates
Bethel Computech reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies become effective immediately upon publication.
14. Company Rights
Bethel Computech reserves the right to:
- Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
- Limit excessive return or exchange requests
- Determine eligibility for replacement, refund, or return at its sole discretion
